John C. Danforth Center on Religion and Politics. The title of the event is: ‘ Food, Religion, and Politics: A Conversation on Contemporary Issues in the U.S.‘. Besides myself the other speakers include:

“This moderated roundtable will bring together activists, entrepreneurs, and scholars with backgrounds and expertise in various faith traditions to discuss faith-based reactions to contemporary issues such as sustainability and labor concerns in the food industry.”
I look forward to sharing about the Sustainable Traditions project, and our local food initiative Land and Table – adding my perspective as a Jesus follower to the conversation on transforming the way our nation eats and cultivates food.
