Tom is an author, speaker and adjunct faculty at Fuller Theological Seminary in Seattle. He also serves as the research and hospitality guy at the Mustard Seed House and has worked for many years as a consultant in futures research and planning for both Christian and secular organizations. As cofounder of Mustard Seed Associates, he prepares others to think critically and creatively about the global community and how to serve it according to God's great vision.
