Joel Salatin is one of the most outspoken Christian voices for sustainable and ecologically-minded agriculture out there. He is a farmer here in Virginia, lecturer, writer and is a self-described “Christian-libertarian-environmentalist-capitalist-lunatic-Farmer”. In this video from The Institute for Faith, Work & Economics, Joel talks about the need to go beyond the careless destruction of Creation and embrace a more holistic Christian approach that embraces human leadership and proper responsibility within a flourishing Creation. He also speaks of the need to go beyond radical environmentalism and resisting the view that GOD’s Creation would be better off without humans.
