is married for 25 years to Katia, and is father of 6 year-old Giovana. He has been working with urban poor, young people and communities for 25 years and is presently pastoring a multi-centric, multi-parish community of faith for the last 11 years. In 2011, Claudio and a bunch of scholars and crazy practitioners, are going to be launching an International Learning Community based on spirituality, organic farming, dialog and mentoring on a small farm. He lives in Southern Brazil, Curitiba.

I believe the world outside our walls needs a pastor, not a professional one, but a pastor in the form of a people, a people trained “to be there”, while working and living their everyday lives…being the very presence of the Lord in the world…
